Function Room Hire

The Bristol Manor Farm Social Club function room is available to hire for weddings, parties, birthdays, and Christmas parties. It should be noted that we DO NOT cater for 18th birthday parties and will only take a booking for 21st birthday parties on a family basis.

A buffet can be provided or we are quite happy for you to make your own catering arrangements. The function room has recently been completely rebuilt and we would ask guests not to use Party Poppers or Spray String.

The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 150 and a list of names of all guests must be provided prior to your event taking place. The club has a stage area and you can supply your own disco or band for your party.

Cost of Hire

Hire Charge - £50
Plus a refundable deposit of £50

Saturday Evening
Hire charge - £75
Plus a refundable deposit of £50

All Day
To Midnight -
Hire charge - £100
Plus a refundable deposit of £50

Deposits are required on booking and the balance must be paid no later than one week in advance of your party.

All deposits are refundable on the condition that there have been no breakages or any of your guests cause trouble.

The bar will be open until Midnight and all guests must leave the club by 12.45am

Buffet Charges

We are quite happy for you to make your own catering arrangements and if you do we would ask you to clear away all food at the end of the night. However, we can supply you with a buffet at the following prices:

Buffet Menu A @ £3.00 per head
Assorted Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Cheese & Pineapple, Quiche, Cocktail Sausages, Pizza Slices, Chicken Goujons, Savoury Eggs, Crisps & Nuts.

Buffet Menu B @ £4.00 per head
Assorted Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Vol Au Vents, Cheese & Pineapple, Quiche, Cocktail Sausages, Pizza Slices, Chicken Dippers, Scotch Eggs, Cheese Rolls, Chicken Drumsticks, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Crisps & Nuts, Desserts.

Buffet Menu C @ £5.00 per head
Assorted Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Cheese & Pineapple, Quiche, Cocktail Sausages, Pizza Slices, Chicken Dippers, Scotch Eggs, Cheese Rolls, Chicken Drumsticks, Pork Pie, Mini Cornish Pasties, Mini Spring Rolls, Mini Onion Baji's, Prawn Rings, Crab Sticks, Vol Au Vents, Coleslaw, Pasta Rice, Crisps & Nuts, Children's Selection, Desserts

All buffets come complete with table covers, plates etc.
