Bristol Manor Farm went to the top of the table in midweek with a 5-1 win over Lydney Town. Manor Farm's goals came from Dwain James [2], Luke Drew, Kyle Buffery and Steve Taylor; Jamie Baker got Lydney's consolation goal.

There were two other midweek matches. In the first Forest Green Rovers lost ground on Manor Farm after losing 5-1 at home to Cheltenham Saracens. Forest Green's sole effort was netted by Adam Mann, but Jack McKinnon [2], Fred Latchford [2] and Nathan Taylor hit the back of Forest Green's net. Across the valley from Forest Green in another midweek game Shortwood United achieved a comfortable 4-0 win over lowly Thornbury Town thanks to Ben Jones [2], Charlie Benson and Joe Rymell.

There are still six clubs in contention for a top two finish at the end of the season, but only one, Winterbourne United, was playing at the weekend. Winterbourne beat Thornbury Town at home 3-1 thanks to goals from Mike Hodge, Liam Powell and Ashley White. Thornbury, for whom defeat meant that they drop to the bottom of the table scored through Tom Rees from the penalty spot.
