Function Room Hire
The Bristol Manor Farm Social Club Function Room is available to hire for Wedding Parties, Birthdays, and Christmas parties. We also cater for Wakes. It should be noted that we DO cater for 18th birthday parties and for 21st birthday parties on a family basis.
All 18th birthday parties require a £100 deposit together with a £150 room hire fee.
All bags will be checked on arrival and anyone found to be carrying their own alcohol will have it confiscated. It can be collected from bar staff at the end of the night. We insist that all invitees carry ID. If anyone cannot produce acceptable photo ID when asked by a member of staff they will not be able to be served alcohol on the premises.
We are quite happy for you to make your own catering arrangements.
The function room has recently been completely redecorated and we would ask guests not to use Party Poppers, Silly String or Confetti of any kind.
The maximum number of people that can be accommodated for is 150 and a list of names of all guests invited must be provided 7 days prior to your event taking place.
The club has a stage area and you can supply your own disco or band for your party.

Deposits are required on booking and the balance must be paid no later than one week in advance of your party.
All deposits are refundable on the condition that there have been no breakages or any of your guests cause trouble.
The bar will be open until Midnight and all guests must leave the club by 12.45am
